My dreams keep me from sleeping

It all started when my grandfather was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis in India. He was a chain smoker from the age of 14. My twin sister Rhea and I Renee were 10 when our grandfather died.
From that day onwards I made a strong decision with my twin to help youth addicted to smoking. Five years later, Wings of Hope was born. Through my youth-led organization, I aim to educate and help youth addicted to vaping, smoking and drugs. My target is for Wings of Hope organization to help over 100,000 youth addicted to vaping, smoking and drugs from 196 countries and be a blessing to them.

When I Renee and my twin Rhea are now seniors at High School in New York, we conducted a survey, they found 85 percent of students from ages 12-17 years were hooked on to flavored E-Cigarettes, and that 97 percent of students use flavored e-cigarettes as the 1st tobacco product. I was spending sleepless nights as I watched my peers who were minors vape during school. My twin sister Rhea and I Renee have given talks in schools and youth conferences, composed song and positively impacted the youth, to try to make our dream a reality.

My dream is to play a major key role in spreading awareness through social media campaigns to the youth about the bad effects of vaping all around the globe. I want to empower and inspire youth globally to give up drugs, smoking and vaping by giving them hope to live and wings to soar like the eagles. I want to save lives of youth struggling with addiction to have youth support groups and toll free helplines for the youth facing trauma due to addictions globally. Wings of Hope is a community of teenagers for teenagers where we pledge to give our moral support to peers caught in a web of addictions to drugs, smoke or vaping.

I am sure that someday I will make my dream come true and I will be a instrument in saving the lives of youth from addictions and also a inspiration to millions
