Teachers are mind engineers and they effect eternity
The ideal picture of my country is to symbolize a place where people can live in harmony and peace with one another.
You see, people have always seen me as some kind of hybrid. No doubt that living in a small city has its own advantages, but undoubtable is the fact that small city people talk, gossip and they can be quite impolite. Taking the brunt of the gossip, young people who have not yet fully formed their character and personality are heavily influenced. Following up my point is that, with many other families from my city my parents are mixed Christian, one is catholic while the other is orthodox.
The harmony that was provided to me and many other children during our childhood days and to the rest of the families similar to mine is the real indicator for the compromises we have all made as a society for the pursuit of happiness. Educators and school workers play the key role in this endeavor .
When it comes to them, I always have my primary school teacher first in mind. My primary school teacher is an extraordinary woman, who has managed to engrave the thought in our minds, that the only important thing about the person we are facing in front of us is their mind and personality, and whether they have good intensions toward us. Not their religion, ethnicity, race, sex or social standing. Simply, it is up to us to allow each individual to prove himself to the extent of his or her ideals, intensions and his ethics. This has become a mantra to me.
Currently, I am a law student at the Faculty of Law, Iustinianus Primus”. I will graduate this year and from this September I am starting with my master studies. My dream is to become a law professor, so I can try to repay the community. In truth I owe it to my teacher. I will be happy and satisfied if I manage to achieve at least a part of her open mindedness and greatness. Actually, there is a saying in my mother land that goes: Teachers are the pillars of the community”.
Excatly.
