I can do it!

Almost 10 years ago, I made a significant decision and that was one of the most important decisions of my life. I determined to quit my stable job and took one way ticket to the mountainous area to start my own social enterprise and support local ethnic young people for their better future.
I then got many rejections and against from my family, my relatives, my friends and even my neighbors- the one did not play any roles in my life. However, I love supporting young people, and I know that I want to work on that sector with all of my experience, knowledge and passion. I decided to move forward without any hesitation and ignored all the opposition that was present. There were quite a lot challenges for me at the beginning, but I did not regret about my choice. In fact, I was grateful for the daring decision I have made because it allowed me a great opportunity to learn about my strengths and weaknesses while also promising to have a positive impact on the beneficiaries I promise to serve. I grew up with that!
I am aware that becoming a women entrepreneur is not that easy, so I took my experiences and knowledge to support and encourage other young people, especially young women on their entrepreneurial journey as a Mentor. The women I helped are mainly expected to be good mothers, good wives, good daughters, and good housewives in their own family norms. It is hoped that they will prioritize assisting their men or boys over pursuing their own goals for personal growth and development.
In order to pursue their goals, grow, and encourage other women to do the same, I hope that more and more young women will be able to step beyond of their comfort zones, family norms, social norms, and other people’s expectations. They will never know what they are capable of until they take action, and they will never know how beautiful life is when they live according to their own norms, so I hope they have the courage to act and the sufficient motivation and ability to do what they believe is the right thing to do and creating the positive impact on society and their community.
So women out there, let’s go with your ability, keep momentum and move forward, do not let anyone say that you CAN NOT and slow down your speed! Keep in mind “I can do it”!
